SNOW!!!

We woke up this morning to at least 7 inches of snow. It really was a winter wonderland outside and the kids were thrilled. Caleb was especially excited since he went to bed with his pajamas on backwards. According to his teacher, this is supposed to make it snow :) It worked! We enjoyed playing out in the snow, although it was very cold out there. The kids loved making snow angels and throwing snowballs. They also had fun playing with our neighbors on their swingset. I took Clayton out for a little while, but my camera ran out of batteries so I only have a video of him experiencing his first snow :( School is already cancelled for tomorrow, so it will be interesting to see if the kids get to go at all this week!

I swear, this baby is into everything! Yesterday I turned my head on him for one minute. I knew he crawled into the pantry but I wasn't concerned because I have everything out of reach that he could get into. At least I thought I did... A minute later I walked in to check on him and found a guilty little boy. He had gotten into a container of muffins and was chowing down. It was a mess of crumbs all over him, the shelf and the floor. He was loving it! Of course it always happens when I had just finished mopping the floors. And I mean JUST finished 5 minutes before. At least I still had the broom and mop out to clean up the mess :)
