Last night, we had 2 very excited kids anxious to start school this morning at our new Elementary School right outside of our neighborhood. Caleb is starting 2nd grade and Kathryn is starting Kindergarten! We had met the teachers a few days before, the book bags were packed and were sitting by the door and Caleb and Kathryn could hardly wait!

| How is it possible that Kathryn is already going to Kindergarten? I don't know where the time went, but she is definitely ready! |

| She walked right into her classroom and didn't turn back! She has a very sweet teacher and I was so proud at how confident she was in her new classroom. She has really matured a lot over the summer. |
By the way they looked when I picked them up this afternoon, they had a GREAT day!
They got home to a special surprise waiting for them on the table ~ a "School Rocks" cookie cake!
Let's hope this excitement continues for the rest of the school year!
