Snow Day!

Caleb was absolutely thrilled this morning to wake up to snow on the ground! It was mostly ice and was only about 1/2 -1 inch, but in the eyes of a 4 year old it was a winter wonderland! He couldn't wait to get to go out and play in it. We held him off until about 9:30 this morning and then we could no longer. He just had to get out and play in it. We bundled everyone up and enjoyed running and playing in it for about an hour. Later this afternoon, Russ took the kids back out and they played and sledded more!

Russ took Caleb in the frontyard and figured out that he could pull Caleb really fast with him sitting on top of a shovel. They went up and down the street shovel sledding! Caleb loved it!

We headed inside to get out of our wet, cold clothes and enjoyed some hot chocolate with marshmallows! Caleb had to wear his superman outfit of course...
