A few weeks ago, Caleb and Kathryn were invited to go to the beach with their Nana and Papa by themselves. They were so excited to go without Mommy and Daddy and they knew that they were going to be spoiled lots by Nana and Papa! They left Russ and I at home with Clayton to start cleaning up our house to put it on the market. Of course, they had a great time and came back with stories and goodies!
They went to the aquarium in Myrtle Beach one morning and loved seeing all of fish. Caleb decided that he didn't want to swim in the ocean with all the sharks that he saw. Nana had to assure him that those sharks aren't at their beach :) They got to touch sting rays and horse shoe crabs and Caleb thought that was so cool! Kathryn didn't quite now what she thought about them!
The next morning they went to see the animals at Brook Green Gardens just up the road from the house. The kids love to go and see the neat otter exibit and the other animals native to the Carolina's.
Here they are showing off their treats from the aquarium. They both chose little owls and they LOVED them!
They had a great time and can't wait to get to go back again soon!
