Caleb insisted on being a shark this year, since he loves ocean creatures and continues to study to learn more about them. I searched for a shark outfit to buy for him, but in the end just decided to make it for him. He wanted to be a great white shark, so he helped me pick out the colors. He did look like a pretty scarry shark!
Sweet, girly Kathryn insisted on being Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) this year. She loves to dress up as a princess, so this fit her perfectly!
Clayton decided that he wanted to be a puppy. He can do a cute "woof woof", so it was perfect for him. He is obsessed with Elmo right now, so I couldn't resist the Elmo trick or treat basket! He got to trick or treat with his Nana and Papa and his 2 cousins in Charlotte for halloween night. The older 2 were trick or treating in a very special place - more to come in my next post!
I just love this next picture of our shark and princess. We were headed in to play cello and violin for a halloween group class with other little musicians around Greenville. Did I mention that Kathryn has started violin lessons? Here she is with her little violin ready to go in and play. Doesn't she look like such a big girl? Caleb continues to play cello too, and he is doing a great job. It was so much fun playing halloween music with them and lots of other kids dressed up too!
