Update!

We are doing very well here in our house. Kathryn is growing and changing more with each day. She is such a good baby, eating and sleeping like a champ. We have some nights that are better than others, but overall, she is doing very well. She typically gives us a 5-6 hour stretch of sleep at night, so we can't complain! She has started to smile now and it really lights up the room. Caleb, Russ and I all love to try to make her smile. It lights up her whole face! She has her 1 month check up on Friday, so we are interested in how much she has grown since her last visit 2 1/2 weeks ago. Her hair continues to grow, and as you can see in some of the pictures, it sticks straight up! I try and try to wet it down, but after about 1 minute it sticks straight up again. We just laugh and laugh at it. Mimi calls it her beoufant! I just think it has lots of body :)

Caleb is doing great and is pretty much back to his normal self. He is very gentle with Kathryn and he likes to know where she is at all times. It is so cute to watch him pull up his stool to the side of her crib so that he can peek in at her. That is priceless! He doesn't like it when she cries and he always wants us to fix it. When she cries he says, she's just hungry. It is hard for us to explain to him that babies just cry sometimes! I guess he will learn that soon enough though. He also likes it that baby Kathryn goes everywhere we go now. He wants to make sure that we are not going to leave her in the car! He He is a great big brother and we are thankful that he has adjusted so well.

Russ and I are doing great and love watching our 2 children together. It is a lot more work, but definitely worth it all!

Check out our updated pictures below!

I love Kathryn's hair! I can't wait to see her again (if we can ever get in touch with each other!!). I love her onesie she had on, too--I want one for Roy!

You look great, too, Jessica!
