Congratulations Jay and Stephanie!

We have some great news to share with you: My brother Jay and his sweet girlfriend Stephanie got married last night!!! My family could not be more happy for them. I know that this comes as a surprise for most of you, but it is not to us. If any of you know my brother, he just doesn't do things the conventional way! He and Steph have been dating for about 10 months now. I have never seen Jay more taken with a girl than he is with Stephanie. We knew it would take a very special girl to win his heart because he is very picky! Stephanie did it! We met her for the first time back in July when we went to the beach with our family. We fell in love with her too and hoped that things would work out between them. She is a very sweet Christian girl (Caleb always calls her "Sweet Stephanie), she comes from a great family and she is just perfect for Jay. Jay and Stephanie have been talking about getting married for a while now. We all knew that they just wanted to get married, without the ordeal of a big wedding. They are both in their later 20's, they knew that they wanted to get married, so they decided why wait? They had talked to my parents, as well as Stephanie's and had recieved thier blessings to go ahead with a marriage ceremony. So yesterday evening, they headed to the courthouse in Gunnison, CO and tied the knot! They are planning a big celebration in Colorado this summer for friends and family, as well as a big reception in Greenville. We are all looking forward to those events and we are just thrilled that Jay has found Stephanie to spend the rest of his life with! Welcome to the family Steph!
